“Everyone grows and their own pace.” True, but growth is expected. At Keys Church, we believe God expects everyone who has accepted Jesus as their Savior to grow. Our youth ministry is centered around God’s Word. Challenging our youth to grow while allowing them to grow at their God given ability and pace. Our youth are asked to serve, be respectful of each other, and add to the ministry at Keys Church as God has formed them. 1 Timothy 4:12
Sunday School: Keys Church seeks to be affective in how we help parents teach their youth about God’s word. Because of that we use varying methods to do so. Our Sunday School may change a bit from year to year as far as how the classes are formed, but we are always sure to focus on God’s word.
Wednesday Evening meetings: You could say that it is a normal “Youth Meeting,” but there is nothing normal about any young adult. They are always testing boundaries, exploring relationships, and wanting to be heard, understood, and accepted. Our Wednesday Evenings are centered around God, but offer a break from their busy weeks and the pressures that our “information society” places on them.
Camp: We are so fortunate to live in Oklahoma where we are able to take advantage of one of the finest camps. Each year we take a group to Falls Creek for a great time of relationship building, getting away from normal, and focusing on God.
Spring Discipleship: A focused break to spend a couple days developing deeper relationships, engage in a service project, and grow in their relationship with God.
